Lavez et équeutez les haricots verts afin de retirer les fils.

Faites bouillir un grand volume d’eau salé dans une casserole.

Lorsque l’eau bout, plongez vos haricots verts et laissez cuire entre 10 et 15 minutes selon la texture que vous souhaitez obtenir (croquants ou fondants).
