Whisk heavy cream with vanilla syrup until soft peaks form; set aside.  Combine espresso, hazelnut syrup, and vanilla syrup in a glass and stir to combine. Add 1 or 2 crumbled Oreo cookies.  Fill the glass with ice, then add enough cold milk to fill the glass, leaving a little room at the top.  Top with the vanilla whipped cream and more crumbled cookies.
