I just made this, delicious but I used a mixer!

I made it with both hot milk and cold. I only used 1 tsp coffee per mug with sugar to taste... Very nice...

My sister & I used hot water but this was the best! I would definitely recommend to others who love coffee!

Boiling water should be used not cold 😊 And, this not the same as Greek Frappe in Greece (as some have said) . A bit similar but not the same as this is milk based.

This is delicious!   Had to add a bit of extra sugar, and a hand mixer definitely worked much better than a whisk or a hand frother (which I had read somewhere was another option to use).

I have made this but I didn't got it as a cream so I added it with milk and made a cold coffee

2 tablespoons of instant coffee is around 300-400 mg of caffeine. I followed this recipe and drank the coffee and was nauseous for 4 hours because of the amount of caffeine. Every other recipe calls for about one TEASPOON of instant coffee. 😟😟😟 this was a disaster.

Yum! Surprisingly delicious! I thought the coffee flavor might be too strong but it’s perfect! Super creamy and just fun!

I made this as soon as I found the recipe, it was fantastic. I didn't have a whisk so I used a fork. My arm did hurt a little after mixing for 5-7 min at a quick pace, however it was worth the pain. It was strong simply as whip. I did have to mix it thoroughly with the milk and ice to drink it. It was a new, fun and enjoyable flavor. Can't drink more than one serving though, it can become too sweet. I was definitely full after drinking this popular drink. The next time I make it I am going to try using two (maybe just one) tablespoon of coconut cream (depending on how thick it is) instead of water. I hope it turns out just as nicely.

Made this today.  I like coffee just a little sweeter so I added a small amount of french vanilla coffee creamer - delicious.

Delicious coffee recipe, easy enough to make ! I put about half as much sugar, but with more ice cubes (for iced coffee) ! Absolutely amazing during hot summer days !

I tried making this twice and it didn't thicken. I used espresso powder instead of instant coffee, is this why?

This was really good! I made it Paleo, so I subbed coconut palm sugar for the regular sugar, and used Banana almond milk for the milk- mainly because it's what I had. I loved it, I will cut down possibly by half on the amounts of sugar and coffee next time- but it was really nice being able to have a coffee-house type drink again.  5 stars! The foamy coffee was delicious!

I made this tonight with almond milk & thick cream. I used vanilla extract & stevia & it was absolutely delicious.

Sure wish I had read the reviews before I made this.  WAY too watery, bitter, not sweet enough.  Added more swerve and a huge dollop of cool whip to the top to make it drinkable.  But then, that defeats the purpose of low carb, doesn't it.  People that used almond milk instead of water and rated it high were not rating this recipe.  I'll try it their way next time.  This recipes should be taken down.  There are no good reviews of it AS WRITTEN.  THE only good reviews were severely doctored.

Pretty good after adjustments. I subbed all the water for unsweetened almond milk, added more heavy cream, added more sugar and finally added a little bit of the no calorie flavored syrups and it was good!

Very watery and bitter.  Added salt to remove bitterness but still watery.

To watery, tasted like flavored water.  I read others Substituted with Almond milk. I'm sure that would have been better. Urgh

Too much water. Very bland. Even after addng a bit more heavy cream, not impressed.

We used 1/2 cup water and 1cup heavy cream, plus we added about 10 grains of salt to reduce bitterness and enhance flavor per cup. Our adjustments created a very delicious cup of cocoa. We will reuse this recipe with adjustments often. We're thinking almond flavoring would allow for variation of flavor profile.

It's super watery. Next time I will half the water and double the cream.

Think I need a sweeter alternative. Its bitter. Otherwise its not bad.

Great call on almond.  Make sure a very small amount less the 1/4 if you add vanilla.

Also the salt was an excellent recommendation to cut that bitterness.

If you are making a full sized cup 2 pinches of salt helps alot and makes it taste like regular hot chocolate.

I used an additional packet of sucralose as it wasn't sweet enough but I topped with whipped cream as suggested, just what I needed!

Homemade hot chocolate is infinitely better than boxed mix. And our recipe is extra decadent, thanks to the cup of actual chocolate (not just cocoa powder). For a perfect cup of cocoa every time, here's what to remember. 

Whole milk is preferable. 

When you're drinking hot cocoa, you're most likely trying to be festive and cozy, not healthy. Go all out with whole milk. Remember, fat = flavor. If you only have skim or low-fat, don't worry. This recipe will still totally work. 

Watch the milk! 

If you walk away as it's coming to a simmer on the stovetop, it will likely boil over. Trust us, this has happened to us too many times to count. 

Use your favorite kind of chocolate. 

We're partial to semi-sweet (60% cocoa) or bittersweet (70%). But if you like your cocoa a little bit sweeter and creamier, feel free to use milk chocolate. We usually use chocolate chips because they're always in our pantry. But if you want to splurge on a nice bar of chocolate, go for it. It'll be worth it!

This Perfect Hot Chocolate Is All You Need This Winter

Bring water to a boil. In a large pitcher, combine boiling water, Thai tea mix, and sugar. Let steep 15 minutes.&nbsp;

When ready to serve, pour tea over ice and add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to each glass.

This easy homemade pumpkin spice latte recipe will deliver all the beloved autumnal flavors you know and love. 

Pumpkin Spice Latte

pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice,

vanilla extract

espresso coffee

In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, brown and granulated sugars, pumpkin pie spice and 1 tablespoon of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula, 2-3 minutes until the mixture looks smooth and the sugar has dissolved.

Add the milk and vanilla to the pot and whisk until very smooth. Cook 2-3 minutes until just simmering. Remove from the heat. Whisk vigorously or let cool slightly,&nbsp;transfer to a mason jar, cover and shake vigorously to create a foamy milk.&nbsp;

Add the coffee to a mug and immediately top with the foamy pumpkin spice milk. Top with whipped cream and an additional sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.&nbsp;

This pumpkin spice syrup is so much better than store bought. It's made with pantry staples like pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, pie spice, and vanilla.

Place 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Add the brown and granulated sugars, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Let simmer for 2 minutes to let all of the sugar dissolve and the spice to perfume the syrup. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the pumpkin puree until smooth (do not let boil). Remove from the heat.&nbsp;

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a storage container. Once cool, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.&nbsp;

In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.

Pour the coffee in a large mug, stir in the cocoa mix, until smooth. Then add cream to taste.

How to Make an Easy Homemade Latte

Add the espresso into a 12-ounce mug. Set aside.&nbsp;

Pour the milk into a frothing pitcher large enough to hold at least 12 ounces. Angle the pitcher slightly (this will make it easy to keep an eye on the milk) and submerge the steam wand diagonally toward the lower right or left quadrant and turn it on. The tip of the wand should be just below the surface of the milk and should be anchored against the spout of the pitcher to preserve that diagonal angle. Don't be startled by the loud noise as the steam pushes through the wand (it will sound like paper tearing). It's normal! For most home epresso machines, let the steam&nbsp;heat the milk for about 10 seconds, then plunge the tip of the wand slightly deeper for about 15 seconds. The milk will start moving in a circular motion. If the tip of the wand is too shallow, it’ll create too many bubbles making the milk overflow. It should look creamy and silky, without too much foam on top. The bubbles should be tiny and uniform.&nbsp;

Stop the frother when the milk reaches 130ºF to 150ºF (you should be able to comfortably hold the side of the hot pitcher for about three seconds).&nbsp;

Gently tap the pitcher on the counter and swirl it around to pop any large bubbles and even out the texture of the milk.&nbsp;

Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso in a slow narrow stream. For&nbsp;a 12-ounce latte, the foam is generally about the thickness of a finger after settling down.&nbsp;<br>
