Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. I love using parchment paper to line my cookie sheets - cut sheets of parchment paper to fit your cookie sheets. If you don't have parchment paper, you can simply grease the cookie sheets.
Step 2
Mix together butter and the two sugars until smooth. I like to warm the butter in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it, then add the sugars and mix.
Step 3
Mix in the egg and vanilla.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix together well and combine with the wet ingredients.
Step 5
Stir in the oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Step 6
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto your cookie sheets. If you want the bigger Chick-Fil-A-like cookie, make your spoonfuls bigger!
Step 7
Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
