<p>First of all - don't let the low ratings sway you to not try.  They are irrelevant to having tried.  This is a tasty alternative chicken salad with nice additions for added flavor.  I would season it a little next time to give it more punch. I'm not looking to copycat the Chick-Fil-A, just a nice chicken salad. An alternative to chopping and mixing is to mix/chop in a food processor to get a well blended and finely shredded or chopped chicken salad like you get at a deli.  Will definitely make again.</p>

We loved this chicken salad.  Made as directed, but threw in some curry powder because my family loves it.  Loved the addition of the chopped egg and the pickle relish, something I usually don't add to chicken salad.  Easy to make, perfect for lunch.  Sometimes we have it for a light supper with crackers and fruit.  Will definitely make this one again!

Really good, but too much mayo and relish for us. Made again cutting down on both of those and now it's perfect! My mother loves this as a sandwich and also just on lettuce.

Very tasty and easy.  I love Chic-Fil-A and their chicken salad and since we don't have  a restaurant close by, I can make this at home!

The sodium is off the charts in this recipe.  It sounds great but I'll have to find a few substitutes or the sodium will send my blood pressure soaring.

Cut back on the relish, and don’t add sugar. I use an alternative salad dressing, mayo is too high in fat and cholesterol. I question the nutrition figures, especially the sugar analysis.
