Add the the whole milk cottage cheese, 100% peanut butter and the swerve into your food processor, high speed blender or immersion blender.

Process these ingredients until they combine into a creamy texture that’s smooth and luscious.

Next, take the sugar-free chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt them together in a small bowl. You can do this using a microwave (30 seconds) or a double boiler (5 minutes), stirring frequently until you have a glossy chocolate sauce.

Evenly distribute the blended cottage cheese mixture into individual 2 dessert bowls.

Top with melted chocolate mixture.

Sprinkle with peanuts.
