Step 1
Using your food processor or hand blender, process 2 cups of full fat cottage cheese, ½ cup of cream, one tablespoon of cornstarch, and one teaspoon of stevia until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat four eggs whites until they form stiff peaks. Bring gently together whites with cheese mixture.
Step 2
Spoon the batter into molds. For this recipe, it will be easier to use silicone molds. Top with some berries. Send the cottage cheese desert to the preheated oven at 350 °F for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
After baking, leave it in the oven to cool completely with a slightly open door.
