Step 3

Step 4
Place onion, garlic and butter into mixing bowl, insert measuring cup and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and without measuring cup cook 5 min/250°F/speed 1.
Step 5
Let spinach cool slightly. Place spinach in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Step 6
Add strained spinach, cream cheese, whipping cream and salt, insert measuring cup and cook 3 min/195°F//speed 1. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Candied Sweet Potatoes and Peach Glazed Ham (see Tip).
