Step 1
Pour whipping cream into a microwavable safe bowl and heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Take bowl out and add sugar stirring until it’s dissolved.
Step 3
Add 4 egg yolks into a bowl and then slowly whisk ⅓ of the warm cream into the egg yolks.
Step 4
Next pour yolk mixture back into remaining cream mixture and whisk. Then add in vanilla extract.
Step 5
Evenly divide mixture into 4 large ramekins and place them into the Ninja crock.
Step 6
Add enough water to cover ½ the side of the ramekins.
Step 7
Turn oven to 325° and bake 1 hour or until crème brulee sets.
Step 8
Remove and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 9
Sprinkle each ramekin with 2 tsp granulated sugar. Using a torch, brown the tops of each to your liking.
