Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 °F (204 °C) and set aside a 9x13" baking pan.
Step 2
Scrub and wash your potatoes then cut them into quarters.
Step 3
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the baking pan and make sure it is evenly coating the bottom. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top then the garlic powder.
Step 4
Line your potatoes up in an even layer on top of the butter-cheese mixture then sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Step 5
Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes then move to the top rack for the remaining 10 minutes.
Step 6
Once done, remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before removing from baking pan and serving.
