Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the crozets in a saucepan with hot water for 20 minutes and strain once cooked.

Mince the onion.
Step 3
In a hot frying pan, add the bacon and onions and cook for 10 minutes.

Cut the reblochon into strips.
Step 5
In a gratin dish, pour in the crozets, add the crème fraîche, bacon, onion, salt, pepper and mix well. Put the slices of reblochon cheese on top.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
Step 7
Remove the dish from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
