Step 1

Combine the cashew milk, mint extract, and Chlorella powder and place in an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer to freeze completely.

Step 2

To make the smoothie packs, place two of the cashew milk ice cubes into a small sandwich Ziploc bag. Add 1/2 cup frozen bananas, 1/2 cup frozen spinach, and 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs to each Ziploc bag.

Step 3

Place in the freezer until ready to use.

Step 4

When you are ready to make the smoothie, place the contents of the baggie into a blender and add 1 cup chocolate or vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth and serve.
