Set your Pit Boss grill to 250 degrees

Take a pre-cooked ham, and coat lightly with olive oil, then coat the entire ham with Pecan Maple Walnut Spice.

Place ham cut side down on Pit Boss grill, and cook approx. 15 minutes per lb, uncovered until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
Step 4
If desired, glaze with a mixture of ¼ cup each apple juice and honey, and 2 tablespoons of PB spice mix; and allow to cook for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
Step 5
Remove, garnish, and serve

Substitute pineapple juice or orange juice as desired forthe glaze.
