Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit

Step 2

Clean your brussels sprouts by cutting the end of the buts and peeling the outer layer of the leaves. Wash and place into the boiling pot of water for approximately five minutes and immediately place them into the iced water.

Step 3

In the meantime, add eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them properly. At the same time, add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Once your eggs are whisked, continue adding sour cream and mix thoroughly

As the last ingredient, add your grated cheese and ensure the whole mixture is smooth.

Step 6

Depending on the size of your casserole dish, spread the brussels sprouts evenly around.

Step 7

Gently pour the mixture onto the brussels sprouts covering them all.

Step 8

Place into the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 9

After your Keto casserole has been baked, take it out of the oven. Spread the rest of the grated cheese on top.

Step 10

Place again into the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese becomes golden brown.
