Step 1
If you can’t find already roasted hazelnuts, they are very easy to make. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15/20 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime melt the chocolate. My favourite way is to use a little pan inside a bigger pan with hot water.
Step 3
Once the hazelnuts are out of the oven it will be very easy to peal off the skin. Add them in melted chocolate, mix well so they are well covered in chocolate and create little clusters with a spoon & transfer on a tray with parchment paper.
Step 4
In the fridge for a couple of hours and your delicious treat is ready!
Step 5
