Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour.

Step 2

Add the vegetables and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle over the gravy powder. Add the stock and stir until well combined. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until the mince mixture thickens slightly. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) round ovenproof dish.

Step 3

Place the mashed potato in a bowl and break up with a fork until smooth. Spoon evenly over the mince mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
