Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl. I like to use an extra large glass measuring cup (2 quart size). It will bubble up a lot, so make sure you have a big enough container.
Step 2
Stir the mixture together.
Step 3
Cook in the microwave at high heat (I tested the recipe in a 1500 watt microwave) for 10 minutes, taking the container out every 2 minutes and stirring well. Be careful here, your container will get hot. Make sure to use a hot pad.
Step 4
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Step 5
Pour the caramel into the pan and allow the mixture to cool and set for at least 1 hour. Then cut with a metal spatula, wrap and enjoy!
