Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Step 2

Arrange frozen peaches in the baking dish.

Step 3

Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches and drizzle the spiced rum over the cinnamon.

Step 4

In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and one egg.  Crumble the mixture over the peaches.

Step 5

Drizzle melted butter over the flour mixture.

Step 6

Bake the peach cobbler for about 1 hour or until topping is golden and peaches are bubbly.

Step 7

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
