Step 1

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix on high speed for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare pavlova tray with foil and non-stick baking paper.

Step 3

Spread mixture onto prepared tray in a 20cm diameter circle.

Step 4

Bake at 180C for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Reduce heat to 150C, then bake for a further 45 minutes.

Step 6

Top or fill with cream and fruit such as strawberries and passionfruit.
