Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion until translucent.

Now add the ground masala paste and salt. Also, add in the bottle masala or curry masala or chilly powder with garam masala and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add water, approx. 300 ml to make the gravy and let it come to a boil.
Step 4
When the gravy comes to a boil, drop in the eggs one by one. Do not stir.
Step 5
Place the lid on the vessel and let the eggs cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Now switch off the flame and keep covered for 2 minutes before you could serve the Egg Drop Curry.
