Step 1

In a bowl crack four eggs add a pinch of salt and half tsp baking soda.Beat properly then pour in a moulder.Bake for 20 mins in a preheat oven for 180c.When done slice it into big strips.

Step 2

Cook rice in a normal rice cooker.When its done scoop it out and place in a bowl.Slowly pour vinegar then mix the same with salt and sugar make sure to mix it well.Then cover.

Step 3

Lay flat the nori seaweed and scoop rice and spread it.Then place the egg in the middle and roll it firmly.Slowly slicevit and serve
