Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Boil rice and set aside.
Step 2
Boil broccoli (or mixed veggies) and drain well, set aside.
Step 3
Use a large pot to mix ingredients, starting with the soup and milk. Add soup and 1 can of milk (using soup can).
Step 4
Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and add to soup mixture until melted. Add gradually so the cheese melts easier.
Step 5
Add rice to soup mixture.
Step 6
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over broccoli.
Step 7
Add broccoli to mixture and mix well.
Step 8
Put into a pan - should fit into one 9 x 13 pan.
Step 9
Crumble Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top.
Step 10
Put into refrigerator overnight.
Step 11
Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over crackers.
Step 12
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 13
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
