Steep the baked figs, fresh figs, and dried figs in the hot syrup for 3-4 hours and then blend.

Use a series of kitchen sieves from medium to fine to filter the syrup. If you want a clear syrup with no pulp, finish with a jelly bag.

Bottle and put in the fridge.
