Add the frozen mango, fresh lime juice, agave and gin to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the mango gin mix into a glass and top off with sparkling water.Garnish with mango cubes and a fresh sprig of mint, if desired!
Step 3
You can also serve this cocktail over ice cubes or frozen mango juice cubes for a very cold and extra refreshing summer drink!
