Step 1
Season each filet with 1 tbsp of blackening seasoning and 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning. Make sure each filet is fully coated.

Cook until the onions have softened.
Step 8
Once the onions have softened, add the crawfish and the heavy cream.
Step 9
Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 10
Remove the fish from the oven and top with the cream sauce.
Step 11
