Step 1
Combine flour, cajun seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Cover the pickles completely with the flour mixture, pressing them as much as possible.
Step 3
Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (180ºC). Fry the pickles until golden brown on the bottom, and then flip (or use a grid to submerge).
Step 4
Remove excess grease with paper towels.

Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.
