Step 1
Melt 1 tbsp. butter in each mug for 30 to 45 seconds in the microwave.
Step 2
Add ¼ cup flour, 1 egg yolk, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 ½ tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and ½ tsp. baking powder to each mug and stir until batter forms. Stir in 1 tsp. sprinkles in each.
Step 3
Microwave both mugs on high for about 1 minute 30 seconds or until cake pulls aways from the sides of the mug and the top is dry. Let cool for 1 minute, top with whipping cream and serve.
