Step 1
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with a silpat. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Add the Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and salt. Mix together and set aside.
Step 3
Open the can of biscuits. Cut each of the 8 pieces of dough in half so that you have 16 pieces of dough. Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4
Tie each rope into a knot. Place them on the baking sheet making sure to tuck the end of the rope under the knot.
Step 5
Brush the tops of the dough knot with half of the butter mixture. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6
Remove knots from the oven and brush with the remaining butter mixture. Serve warm.
