Run the lemons and ginger through a juicer, if you’re using raw turmeric root also run this through the juicer.
Step 2
Strain the juice through a sieve or mesh strainer.
Step 3
You can also juice the lemon by hand and grate the ginger into a mesh strainer, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
Step 4
Stir the lemon juice into the ginger juice.
Step 5
Stir the cayenne pepper into the juice and drink as a shot, again, if you’re using turmeric powder instead of raw turmeric, you would stir this in too.
Step 6
