Step 1

Combine Mazola Corn Oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add chicken thighs and allow to marinate for 20 minutes. (1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil, 1 tbs yellow mustard, 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbs garlic powder, 2 tsp pepper, 3 tbs lemon juice, 2.5 lbs chicken thighs)

Step 2

Preheat grill to ~300°F. Place marinated chicken thighs on grill, turning the heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 3

While chicken is grilling, combine all the ingredients for the secret sauce. (½ cup mayo, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tbs sweet relish, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt)

Step 4

During the last 5 minutes of grilled, place your buns on the grill to toast them. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.

Step 5

When the chicken is fully cooked, assemble your sandwiches and enjoy!
