Step 1.1

In a large bowl, whisk together water, salt, pepper, liquid smoke, oregano, onion powder, paprika, and French dressing.

Step 1.2

Submerge your chicken in the marinade, then set it aside in a chilled area. Allow to marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

Preheat your grill and grease your grill with cooking spray.

Once ready, grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

A good grilled chicken sandwich begins with a simple seasoning and ends with a hot sear on the grill. That&#039;s all there is to it!

Chicken Sandwich

chicken breasts (3 breasts)

garlic salt

black pepper

sandwich buns

mayonnaise or ranch dressing

tomatoes

lettuce

pickles

onions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Trim chicken breasts of any fatty pieces.

Combine garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder in a small bowl.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning mixture. You may not use it all.

Cook chicken on grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 F, about 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your breasts.

If you like, toast the buns on the grill. Use your favorite toppings to complete your sandwich.

chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) (~2.5 lbs)

tbs sweet relish

tsp white wine vinegar

tsp sugar

Buns

Sliced Tomatoes

Sliced Onion

Combine Mazola Corn Oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add chicken thighs and allow to marinate for 20 minutes. (1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil, 1 tbs yellow mustard, 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbs garlic powder, 2 tsp pepper, 3 tbs lemon juice, 2.5 lbs chicken thighs)

Preheat grill to ~300°F. Place marinated chicken thighs on grill, turning the heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

While chicken is grilling, combine all the ingredients for the secret sauce. (½ cup mayo, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tbs sweet relish, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt)

During the last 5 minutes of grilled, place your buns on the grill to toast them. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.

When the chicken is fully cooked, assemble your sandwiches and enjoy!

With a knife parallel to the work surface, cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally, creating 4 thin breasts. If necessary, place the breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound each to about ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet or a rolling pin.

Marinate

Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large Ziplock bag. Add the chicken, seal the bag, and gently massage the marinade into the meat. Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate for 3-24 hours.

Grill

When ready to cook, oil the grates of a grill and preheat it to high. Grill the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reached 165°F.

Assemble

Transfer the chicken to a plate to rest for 10 minutes, then build sandwiches on rolls with your favorite toppings and serve.
