Fill a small pot with water and bring to the boil. Add the eggs and boil for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the boiling water and allow to cool. Once cooled, peel and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbs of olive oil. Add the shredded kale and frozen peas, and saute for about 4-5 minutes, or until softened. Season generously and divide into two bowls.
Step 3
Return the pan to heat and add the remaining olive oil. Add the sliced haloumi and fry for 2-3 minutes each side. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Divide the avocado, fermented vegetables and haloumi between the two bowls. Cut the boiled eggs in half and add one to each bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
