Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, EXCEPT 1 cup of the cheese. Mix everything together until combined and evenly coated.

Spread the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish, and top evenly with the remaining cheese.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
