Step 1

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Heat a waffle iron and grease with nonstick cooking spray, melted coconut oil, or melted butter.

Step 3

Add 1/4 cup of waffle batter and cook accordingly to waffle maker instructions. The waffles should be a light golden brown color and shouldn't take more than a few minutes to cook. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy! Top with your favorite toppings, peanut butter, mixed berries, or enjoy them just as they are.
