Step 1

Place almonds in a small food processor and process until finely chopped. Add protein powder and cocoa, and process until combined. Add peanut butter, vanilla, dates and almond milk. Process again until the mixture comes together in a ball, adding a little extra milk, 1 tsp at a time, if required (see tips).

Step 2

Transfer mixture to a clean bowl and roll into 10 even balls. Place, without touching, on a tray or plate. Dust with extra cocoa powder.
