No-Bake Energy Bites

old fashioned rolled oats

mini chocolate chips

flax seed

peanut butter

honey

vanilla extract

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix to combine.

Roll into 1-1 ½ inch size balls. *

Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or plate and freeze or refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes-1 hour.

Place in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Store the energy bites in the fridge for 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

These Healthy Cookie Dough Balls are a healthy snack and take minutes to make. They are filled with nut butter, sweetened with honey, and only five ingredients total.

Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

+ 2 tbsp oat flour

nut butter, I prefer salted peanut butter

Tbsp honey

Tbsp coconut oil melted (add more if needed)

vanilla

salt if none in nut butter

chocolate chips (I used mini)

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

If too wet to roll into balls, chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer. If freezer, defrost for a few minutes before eating.

Hi. I’ve made these a few times now but mine always come out a little dry and chalky. Should I add more coconut oil? They are very good but want to get the correct level of moist next time.

You can use tahini and gluten-free flour.

So good and super easy! Made them in 10 mins :)

recipe is alright but tastes very heavily of flour and I’d recommend adding more vanilla to combat this

I love this recipe.  It is very forgiving and you can switch it up to be any of you yr favorite cookie dough. I made oat flour from oatmeal and it wasn’t as fine but it just makes it seem more like a monster cookie dough and would be great with mini chocolate chips.

I'm pretty sure that I could live off of these.

These were so good! Perfectly sweet and super satisfying if you’re craving something sweet as a pick me up or for desert. Will definitely be making again. I used almond butter instead of pb because that’s what i had at home and really liked it!

You are a genius! These are so yummy! Finally, I can eat cookie dough without the guilt, lol. I used cashew butter because it’s more neural and I didn’t want PB cookie dough. I added a couple Tbs. of stevia based sweetener because I used a sugar-free fake honey, which isn’t as sweet as regular honey. Mine was a little dryer but that’s probably because it wasn’t real honey. I just needed it to be sugar free. They turned out great! Thank you so much for sharing!

I used tahini as my 'nut' butter, maple syrup (out of honey for quarantine), and replaced the oil with a splash of almond milk. I also used the Bake Believe sugar free chocolate chips from Walmart and chopped them into chunks to stretch them further. 
The bites came together beautifully and my husband immediately scarfed a few down. A great healthy snack!! :)

Love love love these! They’re perfect for a mid morning or mid afternoon pick-me-up. You can make them however big or small you want. I followed the exact recipe, adding Teddie’s smooth peanut butter and they’re delicious!

These Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Protein Balls are a healthy Weight Watchers snack idea! Weight Watchers Granola Bites are a filling peanut butter protein ball recipe that is super easy to customize with your favorite add-ins–chocolate chips, raisins, cranberries, flax seed, and more.&nbsp;

Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Protein Balls

oats (quick oats)

coconut flakes (unsweetened)

tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chocolate chips, and coconut.&nbsp;

Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well until evenly combined. I prefer to use my stand mixer or a hand mixer for this–stirring by hand never seems to incorporate all of the ingredients well enough for me. 

Chill mixture in the refrigerator for an hour, then roll out balls about an inch in diameter. Keeping the mixture in the fridge before rolling helps them to roll easier.&nbsp;

Store in an airtight container–I prefer the refrigerator!&nbsp;

Guilt-free, raw and healthy chocolate protein balls that take just 5 minutes to prepare and have less than 70 calories per serve.

Double Chocolate Protein Balls

200 g medjool dates (see notes)

2-3 tbs (40-60 grams) honey (or substitute with agave syrup/rice malt syrup)

tbs (8 grams) cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

almonds

(60 grams) cacao nibs (or substitute with dark chocolate chips)

Place the dates, honey, vanilla extract and cocoa powder into a food processor or Thermomix and blend until the mixture resembles a paste.

Add the almonds and cacao nibs and press pulse/turbo several times, until your desired texture is achieved.

Roll into tablespoon sized balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

These Protein Balls with Dates make a great snack when you are on the go. They can be made and then frozen and both regular and Thermomix instructions are included.

Protein Balls with Dates Recipe

Medjool Dates

Almond Meal (100 grams)

desiccated coconut (40 grams)

tbsp cacao (15 grams)

golden flaxseeds (20 grams)

tbsp chia seeds (10 grams)

coconut oil (liquid)

Place the extra coconut into a bowl and set aside until needed.

Remove the pits from the Medjool Dates and place them into a Food Processor.

Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture starts to &#039;clump&#039; together.

Use a teaspoon to scoop up the mixture and squeeze it together before rolling into balls.

Roll the balls in the extra coconut and place onto a tray/or into a container

Place the balls into the fridge to firm up and chill.

Remove the pits from the Medjool Dates and place them into your Thermomix.

Add the remaining ingredients and select the 2 second &#039;Turbo&#039; function.

Blitz 6 - 8 times or until the mixture starts to &#039;clump&#039; together.

These Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Breakfast Bites are super easy to make, with NO BAKING required! Healthy, great for snacks or breakfast on the go. Kid-friendly. gluten-free, and vegan-friendly!

Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Breakfast Bites {No Bake, Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly}

oats

(around 65-75 grams) Vanilla Protein Powder (see notes

almond flour flour

Cinnamon (extra for coating)

nut butter

Vanilla extract

maple syrup

Grind up your oats or cereal in a food processor and transfer into a mixing bowl. This is optional. You can keep them whole as well and adjust the addition of honey.

Alternatively

(you can blend all at once by placing ingredients (minus the honey) in the food processor or blender and blend until a mealy batter is formed. Scrap sides and transfer to bowl (see blog post pictures).

Add in your honey and vanilla then mix again well with hands.

You might need to add more honey or nut butter if the batter gets to dry. (see notes)

Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on a cookie tray or plastic ware with parchment paper underneath.

Let them freeze for 20-30 minutes then transfer into a Ziploc bag.

Dust with additional cinnamon and vanilla protein if desired.

Keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.

Looks delish, however I just started keto and one of these little bites is half my daily carbs. These must be more for gluten free then low carb watchers.

I just made these and  my daughter and I love them. I made one change. I added  confectioners sugar (swerve and arrowroot powder) as a sprinkle on top. They were great without the sprinkle, but  amazing with it.

I LOVE these COMPLETELY HEALTHY Bites❣️
I mix the 4 dry ingredients together in onebowl and the 3 wet ingredients in a separate bowl and THEN combine it all together.  
They are:   1)quick to make   2)convenient to satisfy your tummy between meals  3) a healthy dessert alternative to satisfy that sweet urge without sugar or artificial sweeteners.  
You can also be creative with the recipe and try all the different nut butters, honey vs maple syrup, flavors of the protein powders and maybe even alternate the cinnamon with pumpkin spice.  
You will make this again and again so copy the recipe on your phone to share with others!

This was delicious! I made them with all oats, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and 1/4 cup date nectar instead of honey. Rolled them in a mix of powdered sugar and cinnamon so they were like donut holes. My 6 and 4 year olds loved them! A great quick, high protein breakfast before school!

Made these last night and they did not disappoint. I didn't have regular honey so I used apple infused honey. The apple cinnamon vanilla flavor profile was delicious. Will definitely make these again 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I wanted to make these moderate/lower carb and lower calorie, so I used low carb protein powder, erythritol sweetener, and sugar free maple syrup. I also subbed oat *fiber* for the almond flour. I used tahini as my nut butter choice because it's more neutral tasting. I just dumped everything in my food processor and oh my goodness, pure oatmeal cookie dough deliciousness was the result!!! I will never be without these in my fridge! Thank you!

Wow, these are GREAT. Did extra oat flour vice almond, and did a mix of agave and honey (more just to empty a bottle), and the texture still turned out perfect. The flavor profile is Yum as is, but admittedly I added a hair of clove, touch of nutmeg, and a good shake of cardamom to amp up the spiced vanilla cake vibe. SO. DAMN. GOOD. Keep these little balls of protein goodness in the fridge ready for when you need a bit of a boost. Along with nuts, they contain egg white and hemp protein

Put the raisins in a jug with the egg whites and vanilla and blitz with a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/top-five-hand-blenders">hand blender</a> until the raisins are finely chopped. Stir in the oats, hemp powder, ground almonds and nut butter and mix well to make a soft dough.

Divide into seven&nbsp;and roll in the toasted almonds to make balls. Store in the fridge, in a container, for up to a week.

Add honey and vanilla and process until it comes together in a smooth paste. &nbsp;Use a tablespoon to measure out even portions of the date paste. &nbsp;Roll the paste into a ball. &nbsp;Continue to roll the rest of the date mixture into balls and rest them on a baking sheet. &nbsp;

In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.

Roll into heaping tablespoon sized balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
