Creamy and smooth, this Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur is amazing no matter how you use it. On the rocks? Yep! Over ice cream? Sure! In a cocktail? Definitely!

Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

c. Jameson Irish whiskey

c. half & half

(14-oz. can) sweetened condensed milk

cocoa powder

pure vanilla extract

Do you prefer sweeter or boozier cocktails?

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.&nbsp;

Keep&nbsp;refrigerated. Serve over ice or mixed into cocktails, shaking before each use.&nbsp;

This looks easy but I make a version that is almost fat-free (not calorie free tho!).  1 quart FF Half n Half, 1 can FF Sweetened Cond Milk, 2 cups Jameson (or less, if desired-but we like it boozy!), 2 TLB Kahlua Coffee Liquor (or 2 tsp instant coffee), 2 TLB Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, and 1 tsp each:  vanilla and almond extract.  Blend all and refrigerate till cold.  Lasts for 2 months (if not gone  before that!)

Mmmmmm. Admittedly, been a while since I had Baileys, but this close to what I remember.

This is a very poor man's Bailey's.  Drinkable, but not nearly as good as Bailey's or Carolan's

I use Fat-Free Half n Half, FF sweet cond milk, choc syrup, 1 tlb Kahlua (coffee liquor), 1/2 tsp each of almond extract and vanilla, and a double amt of Jameson irish whiskey (the ONLY brand I will use--the best!).  I mix it with a whisk real well  (blender is not needed)...and refrigerate it for at least an hour and pour over ice. We make double batches when my SIL comes over bc he LOVES it!  I can only have one small over ice bc it's sooo filling.  Yummy!!!
