Place all of the above dry ingredients (milk powder, seeds and nuts) in a bowl and combine well. Store in a quart size jar in the refrigerator until needed.

For one serving, take 1/2 cup of your Homemade Protein Mix and grind in your Vita Mix blender or other type of blender.
Step 8
Blend until nuts and seeds are ground to mixable powder.
Step 11
Now add one cup of fresh water and 1/2 cup of fresh fruit and anything else that you would like and Whiz it in your Vitamix or blender until smooth and enjoy!!
Step 14
Add 4 ice cubes if not using frozen fruit…..and smile because you know this is really healthy and delicious!!
