this waffle cone recipe is quick an easy and makes amazing waffle cones and bowls with a fantastic flavor and crunch

C sugar

lrg egg whites

vanilla

tsp salt

butter

C all-purpose flour

preheat your waffle cone maker

Mix everything well, it will be thick

scoop batter into machine, 2 heaping tsp for a small cone/bowl and 1 1/2 Tbsp for a full sized cone/bowl

as soon as it's done (about 40-50 seconds dependingon temp) pull out and either place in a bowl or wrap around the cone, set it aside to cool while you start the next one.

It's super easy to make this egg less ice cream and you can create any flavor of ice cream with these directions. Even better enjoy the ice cream in these homemade waffle cones!

EASY NO COOK ICE CREAM - any flavor
1 C whole milk
1/2-3/4 C sugar (if the flavoring your adding is sweet already use less, if it's lacking in sweetness use more)
1 tsp flavor extract - mint, vanilla, almond
2 C heavy whipping cream
1/2-3/4 C flavoring - caramel sauce, cake mix, peanut butter, etc...
3/4 C mix ins - mini chocolate chips, crushed candy, cookie dough balls, crushed cookies
mix the milk, sugar, extract and flavoring. 
you may need to heat some filling, like hot fudge, or peanut butter, to get it more liquidy so it can stir in 
add the heavy whipping and cream and if the mixture is at all warm cool this mixture in the fridge for about 15 mins
pour into your ice cream machine and run according to the directions.

BIRTHDAY CAKE ICE CREAM
3/4 C cake mix
1/2 C sugar
1 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 C heavy whipping cream
1/2 C sprinkles
3/4 C white cake chunks
whisk the cake mix and sugar to get out any chunks
slightly warm the milk and add to the dry ingredients to help with dissolving the sugar and cake mix
add the vanilla and heavy whipping cream and stir, chill if needed
pour into the ice cream machine and run for about 30 mins
in the last few seconds add the sprinkles
add 1/3 the soft ice cream to a container for freezing then add 1/2 the cake chunks, repeat with the rest of the ice cream and cake chunks then give it a little stir
freeze 3-4 hours then serve.

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM CONE
1 C granulated sugar
4 lrg egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter melted
1 C all-purpose flour
water
preheat your waffle cone maker
whisk the egg whites and sugar until smooth
add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until completely smooth
Mix everything well, if it's too thick add a splash of water - but not too much you want it still thickish. 
scoop batter into machine, 2 heaping tsp for a small cone/bowl and 1 1/2 Tbsp for a full sized cone/bowl
as soon as it's done (about 40-50 seconds depending on temp) pull out and either place in a bowl or wrap around the cone, set it aside to cool while you start the next one.
if you don't have a waffle cone maker - preheat a pan with a silpat mat in the oven, 400
spread 2 circles of batter onto the warm pan and place in the oven for 7-9 mins  then pull out and shape around the cone
