Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter until light and creamy. Mix in the sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
