Add the bacon to a stainless steel pot. Turn the heat on medium-high and cook until crispy.
Step 2
Note: feel free to use any pot you have on hand but stainless steel will usually make it extra crispy. Mine took about 7 minutes, the cooking time will depend on the cut of bacon and how thick it is so keep an eye on it.
Step 3
Remove from the pot and set on paper towel if you want to drain some of the excess fat. Enjoy!
