Remove the frozen French toast sticks from their bag.

Place them in the air fryer, making sure you leave some space between them so they cook evenly.
Step 3
Cook the French toast sticks at 400 F for 3 minutes.
Step 4
After the 3 minutes have passed, flip the French toast sticks over and let them cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Finally, remove the French toast sticks from the air fryer and top them with your favorite toppings. Serve them with maple syrup and enjoy!
