Step 1

Put frozen chicken breast into the microwave and thaw well enough to be able to cut with a sharp knife.

Step 2

Cut each piece of chicken into small enough pieces to fit into food processor

Step 3

Grind / Process at 10 second intervals. Check each time so that you do not over process. Otherwise it will be really mushy.

Step 4

Cook and add to any recipe you would normally use a ground meat for.
