Step 1

Using a saucepan add the pineapple juice maraschino cherries cherry juice and sea moss gel and whisk together until fully combined.

Step 2

Sweeten with nectar and whisk to incorporate.

Step 3

Add the Agar-agar powder and whisk until everything is evenly combined.

Step 4

Now place the pan on a medium-low heat while continuously whisking and bring the mixture to a very gentle simmer.

Step 5

Once the mixture begins to thicken after 1-2 minutes of simmering and whisking remove from the heat.

Step 6

QUICKLY fill your mold with the gummy mixture using a dropper or teaspoon adding the mixture to the molded shape.

Step 7

Once the molds are full refrigerate for at least one hour or until firm to the touch.

Step 8

When they are ready pop them up and out of the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-4 weeks or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
