Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, which together the dressing ingredients until well mixed, and set aside.
Step 2
In a different large bowl, mix together the onion, tomatoes, wax peppers and cucumbers.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix, and toss until well combined.
Step 4
Leave it to rest and marinate in a fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
