Place a trivet in the liner of the Instant Pot
Step 2
Open can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Step 3
Option 1: Remove outer label and cover top of can with aluminum foil
Step 4
Option 2: Pour contents of can into a mason jar/oven safe container and cover with aluminum foil
Step 5
Add enough water to the Instant Pot to make sure at least half of the can/container is submerged in water.
Step 6
Add lid and place in the sealed position.
Step 7
Pressure cook/Manual on High Pressure for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Once cooking time expires, quick release the pressure.
Step 9
Using jar lifter or oven mitts, lift can onto a heat proof surface. Carefully remove foil and stir to remove any clumps.
Step 10
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
