Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pour 1 cup Greek Dressing into bottom of Instant Pot.
Step 2
Add Chicken Thighs to Instant Pot.
Step 3
Pour remaining Greek Dressing over the Chicken.
Step 4
Select “Meat/Stew” setting, select “High Pressure,” and change cooking time to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
Step 6
Once Chicken Thighs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
Step 7
Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off.
Step 8
Shred chicken with 2 forks or serve as whole thighs.
Step 9
Top chicken with Olives and Fetta Cheese, enjoy!
