Step 2
Set to cook for 60 minutes on MEAT/STEW function or until meat is tender. When done, quick-release the pressure. Let stand 10 minutes before opening lid. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.) Serve roast with peppers and sauce.

TO PREPARE IN SLOW COOKER:Place roast in slow cooker. (Omit water for slow cooker preparation.)Sprinkle roast evenly with Seasoning Mix. Top with butter and peppers. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH or until tender. Serve roast with peppers and sauce.
