Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line round baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Separate crescent roll dough into 16 triangles. Place upside down small bowl center of baking dish. Place dough around bowl in circular pattern with edges overlapping. Press down on dough where dough overlaps to make it slightly less thick.
Step 3
Layer cheese, ham, capicola, salami, onion, and peppers on top of dough. Season with desired amount of salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
Step 4
Bring each dough triangle hanging over side of pan up over filling, tucking dough under the bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
