Heat up the oven to 150C or 300F

Mix all of the dry ingredience

Separate eggs and mix all of the eggwhites first. Set aside

Mix egg yolks fully.

Add Yogurt and all of the wet ingredients

Spoon by spoon keep adding all of the mixed dry ingredients

At the end add egg whites and mix it gently and fully

Cover the bowl and let it rest for half hour

Prepare a baking sheet with Parchment paper

Once rested, with wet hand make small balls, which you then flatten a bit at the end with hands to achieve rolls

Once all is on the baking sheet, add a little bit of Potato or Oat Fiber to achieve the white look after baking

Place it into the oven and bake for 40 Minutes
